A Prayer for Affected Communities
Heavenly Father, We gather in prayer for all affected by Storm in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Southern California, and Mexico. Bring comfort to those who have lost homes, loved ones, and possessions, and hold families separated or living in fear beneath Your sheltering care. Calm frightened children and heal the trauma in their hearts. Strengthen rescue workers and first responders as they search, serve, and protect. Sustain medical teams and aid workers with wisdom, endurance, and compassion. Guide government leaders as they make urgent decisions for safety and relief. Unite neighbors and churches to offer practical help, and lead these communities toward healing, restoration, and rebuilding. Lord, remind us that You are our refuge and strength, ever-present in trouble. In Jesus' name, Amen.
